John A. Edwards
President
Mr. Edwards' career with XP Systems began in 1966, when the company was part of the IBM Service Bureau Company. He brings a strong commitment to customer care to his role as President, having served in key capacities in Sales & Marketing, Customer Relations, and Executive Management. Edwards' vision helped form the strategic direction of the XP2 product, which is designed by XP Systems clients. Mr. Edwards graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. |

Mark D. DeLio
Executive Vice President
Mark DeLio joined XP Systems in 2006 to oversee day-to-day operations with responsibility for the areas of Development, Customer Services, Finance/Administration and Electronic Services (LynxGate Solutions).
Previously Mr. DeLio served as Senior Vice President - Client Services at Fiserv unit CUSA Technologies. Mr. DeLio has worked in financial services for 16 years, including a position with the Federal Reserve.
DeLio studied finance and marketing, earning both a B.S. and an M.B.A.
from Marquette University. |

Janet M. Wall
Senior Vice President, Professional Services & Product Management
Janet Wall joined XP Systems in 1996. In her current role, she oversees the areas of Product Management and Professional Services. Prior to joining XP Systems, Ms. Wall held the positions of Director of Financial Operations and Director of Administration for the Western Region of the Resolution Trust Corporation. She has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry including executive roles at First Interstate Bank. Ms. Wall holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Long Beach CA. |

Hal Barnabas
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Hal Barnabas joined XP Systems in 2007 to lead the Finance, Contracts Management, and Information Technology teams. He brings 16 years of experience in leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including POS Systems, MicroAge, The Black and Decker Corporation, and most recently, Edwards Lifesciences, a former division of Baxter Healthcare. Hal’s previous positions include Corporate Controller, Business Development Manager, Senior Manager of Financial Planning, and Director of Finance. Mr. Barnabas received Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and accounting and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. |

Stephen J. Jost
Vice President, Business Development
Steve Jost directs all sales and marketing activity and manages regional sales offices. Mr. Jost has 20 years' experience in the credit union industry, including senior executive management positions in information management companies. Jost's career has also included positions as Assistant General Manager of Nevada FCU, Controller at Golden Bay FCU, and Senior Auditor with O'Rourke, Sacher and Moulten Accountancy Corporation. Mr. Jost holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting emphasis, from San Jose State University, California. |

Dwayne C. Jacobs
Vice President, Design & Development
Dwayne Jacobs leads XP Systems’ strategic technology direction and oversees all technical definition, design and product development. Before joining XP Systems, he was National Director of Development Operations with Deloitte Touche Tax Technologies (DT3) in Woodland Hills. There, he led development operations for the company's 16 commercial tax compliance and planning software products. Mr. Jacobs has also served as Vice President of Technologies with DIRECTV Corporation. He holds his BS Degree in Computer Science with the University of Texas at Dallas and he has earned a number of patents. He has been a speaker at the IBM Technical Interchange and CA World, and he is a retired officer in the U.S. Army. |

Maile Barnhill
Vice President Account Management
Maile Barnhill has worked closely with the credit union customers of XP Systems since 1994, when she joined the company as an Account Executive for the Southwest Region. As Vice President of Account Management, Ms. Barnhill travels extensively to customer sites and is responsible for the nationwide Account Executive program. She also oversees XP Systems' customer events and conferences. Previously, Ms. Barnhill worked in management at a key data processing firm, and held positions at three credit unions. Ms. Barnhill has 30 years experience in the credit union industry. |

Theresa Benavidez
Vice President, Customer Services
Theresa Benavidez joined XP Systems in 2007 to head the areas of customer support, customer installations, education, and documentation. Ms. Benavidez has a proven track record in senior management at credit union technology companies. Prior to joining XP Systems, she held executive-level positions in information technology and client services at USERS, a Fiserv unit. As one of the original employees of Symitar (now a Jack Henry company), she built the data processor’s client services division from the ground up. Ms. Benavidez has a passion for excellent customer care and enabling mutually successful client partnerships. |

Steve P. Abarta
Vice President, Human Resources
Steve Abarta oversees XP Systems' Human Resources Department, with additional responsibility for Safety and Security. Prior to joining XP Systems in 2002, Steve served as Vice President of Human Resources at Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions in Simi Valley. His over 25 years in human management experience include senior positions at SYS Technologies in Oxnard and Fisons Instruments in Valencia, California. Mr. Abarta received a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Los Angeles. |
