Benefit Summary
HEALTH PLANS
A comprehensive choice of medical and dental insurance plans are available immediately to employees and their dependents. In addition, the company provides vision coverage.
LIFE INSURANCE PLANS
We offer competitive plans that include basic, supplemental, and dependent life insurance coverage as well as accidental death and
dismemberment short-term and long-term disability plans.
XP SYSTEMS RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN
Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) Savings Plan immediately upon hire, and may contribute up to 50% of compensation up to the IRS dollar limit. After one year, the company will begin matching a percentage of your contributions.
XP SYSTEMS PROFIT SHARING PLAN
Each employee who has completed one year of service and at least 1000 hours of work is eligible to participate in the Profit Sharing Plan.
STOCK PURCHASE PLAN
Employees have an option to purchase Fiserv public stock through the company’s Stock Purchase Program. The program provides for quarterly enrollment and offers stock at 85% of the stock market closing price on the last day of each quarter.
HOLIDAYS
The Company traditionally observes ten holidays each calendar year.
VACATION PLAN
Regular, full-time employees accrue vacation time based on their seniority with the company.
